But not every business will have that capability in their team, or might just want to work with others as they go through the transformation. That is why I have created our ‘Delivery Programmes’.
Designed to offer 3 very different levels of support, I think I have created something for everyone here. With varying levels of support that combine face to face workshops, away days to collaborate with others going through the programme and Skype support calls every 2 weeks, we have your back as you move through the Delivery Phase and turn your programme into reality .
Whether it is my ‘Make it Happen’ programme for individual support, or my ‘Mastermind’ group where you can collaborate as a community with the small group of businesses that are selected each year to go through that programme, you will have an option that is right for you. I even have a 1:1 programme that I perform with only 6 businesses a year, where you get to work with me personally and I visit your business every 6-8 weeks to work alongside you.
I’m sure by the time you get to this stage we know you really well as we wont work with anyone in these programmes unless you have gone on either our Live or Online Design Programmes.
