We’re delighted to be celebrating our first business book becoming a No1 best seller in the UK.
The critically acclaimed book, titled ‘Beyond Brand – Why It’s The Experience That Causes People To Fall In Love With Your Brand’ is the brain child of our owner, Craig McVoy, who has over 20 years’ worth of experience working with some of the world’s most recognisable brands. On the day it was released, the debut went straight to number one in the Amazon business book chart.
The book embodies our methodology which Craig spent two years perfecting, to help SME and mid-market businesses create a fantastic brand experience, enable them to attract more customers, keep them for longer and make them happier, all whilst reducing operating costs and increasing profit.
